What labs are saying

★★★★★

"Switched our entire lab over."

We tested Bacteriostatic Agua against two competitors side-by-side. The COA documentation was the cleanest we've seen, and the pricing was 18% lower. Easy decision.

★★★★★

"Same-day shipping actually happens."

Ordered at 11 AM, package was on my bench the next morning. The temperature strip in the box is a small detail that tells me they care about cold-chain integrity.

JR Jordan R. · Research Associate · Austin, TX
★★★★★

"USP specs, transparent pricing."

Finally — a supplier that publishes full COAs before you buy. The wholesale team set us up with a custom subscription in under an hour. Real humans on the phone.

— FAQ

Still Curious? Let's Clear It Up.

What's the difference between bacteriostatic and sterile water?

Bacteriostatic water contains 0.9% benzyl alcohol, which inhibits bacterial growth and allows multi-dose use over 28 days once opened. Sterile water is unpreserved and intended for single-use only. For research workflows that require repeated withdrawals, bacteriostatic is the standard choice.

Do you publish a Certificate of Analysis?

Yes — every lot ships with a downloadable COA that includes sterility, endotoxin (USP <85>), pH, benzyl alcohol assay, and particulate testing. You can also look up any past lot on our website by lot number.

How fast do orders ship?

Orders placed before 2 PM ET on a business day ship the same day from our Florida facility with insulated packaging and a temperature indicator. Standard ground transit is 1–3 business days; expedited options are available at checkout.

Do you offer wholesale or institutional pricing?

Yes — universities, hospitals, and research institutes can request a custom quote through our contact page. We also offer scheduled subscription deliveries with locked-in pricing and net-30 terms for qualified accounts.

What's your return policy?

Unopened, temperature-sealed vials can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Because bacteriostatic water is a single-lot consumable, we cannot accept returns on opened or temperature-compromised product — but our QA pass rate is 99.9%, so issues are rare.

Where do you ship?

Continental US, Canada, and select international destinations. International orders may require additional documentation (MSDS, end-user certificate); our team will reach out within one business day to coordinate.
